As I mentioned on vintage-computer.com, a quick review of CBM mags from
84-89 showed that there were many 1541 compatible clones of various
manufacturers. I was not aware that there were so many until I scanned the
ads. Eventually I will make a list I suppose. I doubt the total sales
of these clones amounted to much.
I want to believe I have seen a II ad someplace,it's just a matter of time
before I find it...
