Another VIC-1541 issue

The ROM from the 1541-II (part number 251968-03) can be put in 2 8K EPROMS 
and installed in earlier 1541's.  This version corrects a number of 
problems, including the save with replace bug.  I run my 1541's this way 
and they work better than any other version of ROM.
