Well, for OpenCBM, I just used the sources Michael Klein wrote. Thus, I
could wrote cbm4win without even understanding the IEC protocol. ;)

A good point. I totally overlooked the fact that the -03 ROM works in a
single-device setup for Andrew.

In this case, the change I marked "getting a data byte after LISTEN I
($E9DC-$E9DE)" seems to be the most reasonable for this change, IMHO. If
one drive is taking more time, the other drive would prematurely end its
timeout. With the change, this is not true anymore.
