Just with the multimeter. 2MHz to 8502 is 1.9V, so it guess it
would be running fine.

Both +5V and +12V are present on the motherboard. And the power supply
itself works with another machine.

I need to drag it to work to get more precise info. Probably an hour
with the logic analyzer will point to the right place. Or at least
I'll get nice scope printouts :-)
