You can find a desc. @ http://www.fairlight.to/tools/  but the link for the 
proggy is dead.  But, I don't think it is what you are looking for. Oh and 
it is software.

Try serial slave if you have a turbo232 or swiftlink.  Or you can use a 
RR-Net and Warpcopy.  Warpcopy is very fast.
