 Hi Ruud,

    Hallo Claus,

Question 1: Where can I find SW to do that?

I have been working on integrating my IEEE interfaces into Star Commander
but until now I only managed to get as far as reading a disk at start up :(

Meaning that you've been working on an integration with IEEE
interfaces in general, which would then include all IEEE interfaces
  (if using 'standard' calls)?!
My first concern is to copy disks to PC - they're old and might
already be hard to read. Do the solution enable a full copy of disks
  to PC HD?

    First option:
I have another solution as well but that requires a CBM as well. In this
case the PC emulates an IEEE drive. Please see:

          http://www.baltissen.org/htm/cbmhd.htm

Promising! I can get a CBM too (also have one myself, but it cannot
  'boot' any more... hmm...)

But as you will see, for this solution you need to do some soldering.

I can do that, but it would of course be easier if it isn't needed
  ;-)

    Second option:
I own a ISA IEEE card as well and with that card I got Pascal sources. I
don't know if that is the case with your card. Having those sources and my
SW being freeware, you could adapt my program to your needs.

This is also interesting! Very! I can do Pascal programming, but the
problem might be to interface with the NI card. Especially if it
  isn't stable?!
What's possible with the current code? What's missing?

    A third option:
Send me the (copies of the) disks and I'll transfer their contents into
    D64's or other image type.

Thanks! Appreciate that! I'd prefer not to (currently), because I'm
not (at least for the moment) able to do copies, and I'd prefer the
originals to stay here. You never know what'll happen if they're
mailed. Well... might even be close to Heerlen at some point in
  time....
