well, three persons tested on drives, each one owning more than just one
drive. In a total, I would say that we should have tested 10 drives, or
even more. At least for one problematic drive, I know for sure that the
heads were cleaned not more than one month ago, and test tools report
correct rotating times.

Furthermore, I fail to see why non-adjusted or non-cleaned heads could
result in reading problems immediately after going into read mode, but
no problems if we take an extra round. But I fail to see why we
encountered our problem in the first place, too. ;-)
