Answering some questions:

- $E85A = RTS or RTI  ???

its RTS. This routine is called from inside the IRQ routine with a JSR
(from $FE73, cf. $FE67-FE84).


- $FC3F is duplicated in the ROM listing ???

Yes, it is. I believe the first $FC3F (MAK10) should have been $FC3B,
because that is where the loop starts.


- $FEE7 is x's ???

Yes, this is what the book writes. Anyway, it is $EB22 normally.
