7.3728 (1.8432*4) and 11.0592 (*6) are commonly used, easy to source
values. I think I've seen 9.216 too, but it's not as common as those
two. For example, it's not on the C-MAC standard crystal products list.
9.8304 is available, though, and it's a fractional multiple (*16/3).
