Published by Scott Foresmann & Compnay, was pretty expensive - $22 to $24 U.S.
 (I know cause I bought one.)  No pinouts or I/O maps (though there is a memory
map in it)...  the M/L programming information and examples are great, there
are some good Plus/4 i/o & pinout articles on the net to make up for it.
